Take a look at Korra from the next last airbender series (im sure that’s a double negative, or something), The Last Airbender The Legend of Korra is the much awaited follow up to hit animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender.
The Last Airbender The Legend of Korra takes place 70 years after the original series and follows the story of the newest avatar Korra of the southern water tribe, as she attempts to master the four elements of water, earth, air and fire and fulfil her destiny as the Avatar.
The new series is only scheduled as a 12 episode mini series which disappoints me, but lets hope this is only the start of a long continuation and revitalisation of the Avatar world (unless it involves M Night Shyamalan). The Last Airbender The Legend of Korra will be hitting screens in 2012 courtesy of Nickelodeon, look out for more news as it comes.
