The Star Wars films are being re-released AGAIN, but this time in 3D! All 6 Star Wars films are set to be converted into the third Dimension, starting in the narrative order with Star Wars The Phantom Menace which will reach our cinemas in 2012, with each film set to appear every following year:

With the recent success of 3D films such as Avatar and the technology of in-home 3D tv’s George Lucas believes the technology has reached a good level to do the original films justice and I am very excited. Im looking forward to seeing a 3D lightsabre whizzing around the cinema.
