If you haven’t been keeping up to date, Marvel’s latest big storyline is Fear Itself, which sees the Red Skull’s daughter Sin locate the Hammer of the Asgardian goddess Skadi hidden by her father The Red Skull during the Second World War. Upon wielding the hammer Sin is transformed into the goddess Skadi who then frees the God of Fear from his imprisonment at the hands by Odin. Odin aware of these events commands his people to leave Earth, leaving them at the mercy of their new enemies.
In order to bring the earth and Asgard to their knees The Serpent (The god of fear) calls upon his powers to summon ‘The Worthy’ 8 warriors that will aid him in his war, but who are the worthy?
The worthy are 8 warriors made up of both heroes and villains from the Marvel universe with immense power for destruction who all wield a Hammer much like Mjolnir. Read on for the big reveals.
